Metal Free Dentistry

Currently, ADA supports metal crowns. However, if you would like to get rid of all metal in your mouth, to avoid galvanic current, toxins, or if you have a metal allergy, we offer all ceramic crowns.

​

Some people can have allergies to titanium or nickel present in metal crowns.

​

If the crowns have been in place for longer than 10 years, chances are, there maybe dental amalgam underneath.

​

If a patient wishes, we can replace metal crowns with all ceramic crowns, and remove all dental amalgam using SMART protocol. We also offer nonmetal implants. These implants are made of zirconia and are tolerated better by the human body.
